Refund Policy
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment. This page explains exactly how that works, and what happens if you cancel later.

The 14-day window
If you are unhappy with Arclio Pro for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and you get all of it back. You do not have to justify the request, and asking does not require you to have used the service.
This applies to every payment, monthly or annual — including renewals, not just your first purchase.
After that period
Once the 14 days have passed, a payment is not refunded and there is no pro-rata refund for time you have not used. If you cancel a yearly subscription after three months, you keep full access for the remaining nine months you paid for, and nothing is returned.
We say this plainly rather than burying it: it is the part people most often assume works differently.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It never cuts your access short — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then reverts to the free plan. Your library stays on your machine, untouched.
When we refund beyond this policy
Two cases where we refund regardless of the window:
If a Pro service is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, we refund the affected time. And if we suspend your account for a reason that is not abuse on your part, we refund the unused prepaid period.
How to ask
Write to kemzangbryan@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the receipt Paddle sent you. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank, typically a few working days.
Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by this policy, and take precedence over it where they are more generous.
